These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DaylightInfo. DaylightInfo provides a digital news platform offering news articles, opinion pieces, multimedia content, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

Publisher accounts require admin approval before they become active. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or compromise the security of our platform.

One person may not maintain more than one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension is prohibited.

Our content: All articles, photographs, graphics, videos, and other content published by DaylightInfo are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission, except for fair dealing purposes permitted by Nigerian copyright law.

Your content: When you submit content to us (including comments, letters, or contributed articles), you grant DaylightInfo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, distribute, and archive that content. You retain ownership but confirm that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.

Prohibited content: You must not submit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or that infringes intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these restrictions.

Comments are subject to moderation. By submitting a comment, you agree not to post content that:

• Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening
• Incites hatred based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation
• Contains personal information about third parties without consent
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited advertising
